No Name Sweater

No Name Sweater is a soft, light, and oversize sweater - without losing its shape across the chest. In this pattern it is described as a short, A-line shaped sweater, but it may be knit however long or short you wish. The sweater has a trumpet sleeve with wide ends that will fit both casual and more festive wear.
The sleeve length may also be adjusted to your liking. The sweater has a loose fit around the armpits and may easily be worn over a button up shirt or a dress. For the finishing touch all edges are knit in stockinette.
No Name Sweater is knit in the round, top down in one piece which makes it possible to try on the garment while knitting in order to make any necessary adjustments. The sweater can be personalized in many ways, and it is up to you to decide how you would like your sweater!
Gauge swatch: Knit and wash a gauge swatch in order to achieve the correct gauge.
Gauge: 13,5 st x 21 rounds = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch using 6 mm needles. Measure after wash, lying flat.
Needles: Circular needles 4,5 mm for neckline and cuffs, and 6 mm for rest of garment. Or whichever needle size that gives correct gauge.
Yarn consumption: Viking if Norway , Alpaca Maya approx. (200)225(250)275(300)325 g.
Yarn consumption is an estimate since both gauge and yarn type will affect this number. Keep in mind that the yarn consumption will increase if you choose to lengthen any part of your sweater.
Accessories: Stitch markers, darning needle.

Om du beställer i webbshopen får du alltid allt garn i samma färgbad. Om vi inte har rätt antal nystan hemma i samma färgbad tar vi direkt kontakt med dig för att hitta en lösning eller återbetala din beställning!
